I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Harding’s, all thanks to Phoenix R., one of the store associates. From the moment I walked in, Phoenix made me feel not only welcome but genuinely valued as a customer. She offered me a personal tour of the store, walking me through each section with thoughtful recommendations and helpful tips.

What really stood out was her warmth, attentiveness, and enthusiasm. It’s rare to come across someone who not only knows the store inside and out but also clearly takes pride in creating a positive experience for others. Phoenix didn’t just assist me—she went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease, as though I were being welcomed into someone’s home rather than just shopping at a store.

The Oshtemo Store has the best friend chicken breasts in Southwest Michigan. They have the best meats and Olive bar in Kalamazoo! Bait and Switch (05-16-2023) They refuse to negotiate on an over priced item that scanned above posted price. The training manager, at the customer service, humilated me by saying that she was unaware of the Michigan scanning law in front other workers. I took a photo of selling item price after the incident and she still refused to deal with it. Moved to San Antonio Texas and received a batch of their great kettle chips via mail...

Good location for a quick grocery run. Obviously it's going to be a bit more pricey than Meijer or Wal-Mart, but a lot of the time it's worth it. The staff is very pleasant at this location, and the store is kept very clean.

This location was recently remodeled, and looks very nice and well-organized. It will soon be featuring a drive-thru pharmacy as well.

The only reason that this location gets less than 5-stars is because since it is a smaller store, they are often out of stock on items, especially those that are on sale. If they fix this, it'd be...
