He represented this company with complete professionalism and quality service.. it was a complete pleasure to have all my questions answered and any help I needed addressed.. after moving to West Virginia for a while and having to get another service due to my location in the mountains.. after talking with 5 different reps in the last 6 weeks on the phone- they said to come in and talk to a rep and they are telling they can't help me, that we have to wait another month.
This is not customer service this is not ok this is not my error, they are making it our issue

Read moreI have automatic payments pulled from my account, not a big deal I thought. For over a year eveything was great till this month. They took my automatic payment then shut my phone off anyways. They said that there was a charge on my phone of 12 dollars. I tried nicely to explain that I never charged anything from my phone. They said there was and I couldn’t have my service that I paid for till that was paid. Even though there is some mysterious charge no one knows anything about or what’s it for. I’m now calling my bank, gonna have them stop all future automatic payments and I’m going to go with Verizon. Have never had that problem but have in the past had that problem with cellular.
