Best prices for cellular service in the area in my opinion. Staff members are easy going and are very informed on their products. If you're not tech savvy, they'll help set you up so you walk out the door ready to use your new device. Customer service I've never had a problem with. Cricket's coverage in this area as far better than T-Mobile which is where I came from. I don't get 5G service in Ottawa through cricket but I definitely do in Lawrence and other places which is where I'm usually at. But unlike t-mobile, I keep full bars of LTE service in my own house whereas T-Mobile my signal was horrible in my house..

Cricket's mobile hotspot never fails me. The only phone service that I would say is above cricket in my opinion is Google fi and that's just because with their $70 package you can use your unlimited data in over 200 countries. I'm married in the Philippines and I'm going to be switching from cricket to Google fi shortly for such reasons. Cricket does have service in a handful of other countries so it does make me a little sad that I'm going to have to switch services again but.

The store itself is very spacious, lots of room especially if there's a lot of people there and you're generally in and out pretty quick. The parking lot is a little tied up front but you can park in the back where there's a lot more room. Free parking, though.

Not really much else to say, but of all the cellular carriers in Ottawa Kansas. In my opinion cricket is the best for their buck. I would give it five stars if I could use my current cell service in the Philippines as I can with Google Fi.

update, discovered today that they do offer serves for the Philippines - so 5 Stars! It's $10 extra but it means I keep my phone and don't have to pay...

I have 4 lines and I bought a new phone in cash yesterday with insurance that I was told would reflect on next bill. Then all my phone's were turned off over $8.00. My phone bill was paid in full. The sales clerk was terrible. I've never experienced such a rude person in a cell phone store before. Usually the sales people in a cell phone store are friendly and business-like. This gal didn't even have shoes on, and was in a real rush to get me out of the store. She couldn't be bothered with my phone as she was too engrossed on her own phone texting.
