I come to your location at lease 2 times a week normally Friday and Saturday nights and I'm very upset tonight at 10:15pm April 19th store #1212 at 1535 s. Main Ottawa ks 66067 I go though the drive thru and I see 3 girls and 1 of them on cruches busting there butts on and running back forth to take care of there customers there where 3 cars including me in drive thru 3 cars in the stalls and the 3 ladies including the one on cruches doing all the orders by there selfs and then you had 2 boy employees outside playing around trying to hit each other with towels . I'm very upset with how the manager was allowing this kind of behavior to be happening I use be a manger At sonic I would of never allowed this kinda behavior I was told by one the girls that this is normal behavior allowed on the night shift I believe the manager on duty should be putting a end to this this very unprofessional behavior and it makes the location look bad like when there's customers and people trying to get what they ordered the employees should not be allowed to be out side running in parking lot where customers are driving it unsafe for the customers and the employees I really hope this doesn't...

In conclusion: if you’re in the mood for a surreal performance art piece that combines military yelling, awkward therapy sessions, and archaeology disguised as fast food — Ottawa Sonic has you covered.
Honestly, this probably a direct reflection of a lack...

Not what one expects from a fast food restaurant. Food was what I expect from Sonic, not Great, but good. I will say that whomever was working the kitchen today did a great job. Usually tots are a bit greasy and overdone (other locations) these were tender and light in feel, yet hot all the way through. Same for the French toast sticks. I will return here next time I am in Ottawa. At least for the inexpensive tasty coffee...probably the French toast sticks too. Went back yesterday. Plowed through two orders of French toast sticks. Hot and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Who ever is working the fryer has a knack for getting...
