We rented a unit but couldn't fit what we needed in it. He made a call to someone who wanted a smaller unit then rented us theirs. Really nice people. Clean accessible units and just all around a very easy and positive experience. If we ever need another unit we will absolutely return here! Always responds with any question and the prices are by far the least expensive we saw...

Scott,the man that runs this storage company is awesome!! We only used the unit for 2 days and they more than great people for not charging us the whole month's rent because of our situation, they really treat you like family here and we will definitely be doing business with them again!! I HIGHLY recommend this...

BC storage in Otterbein is very clean maintained and well looked after. The management is friendly, the unit is well secured. Easy to get in and out of the property with a trailer or truck.
