The staff is all super nice and friendly and I really wanted to find a local place I could go to for regular service on my car, but I went in for an oil change for my 2014 vehicle and noticed they put synthetic blend oil in it when it takes full synthetic oil. Never seen a tire shop use a pry bar and a hammer to break a bead down on a golf cart tire. Well I did and they put a hole in the sidewall of my tire and said they ripped it with the tire machine. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and listened to a hammer strike a pry bar. Once the damage was done....they blamed it on the tire and not the lack of skill.
