Had a kitchen counter-top installed, the stove area had a drop-in stove with special cuts on front on the front sides of the counter-top. Explained to the installer who claimed he knew what he was doing as he has been doing this for 15 - 17years. When measuring for the top regarding these cuts and one side was cut and not the other. Stove has been unable to install and sits above the counter-top on 2x4's to be used. Have contacted Mike and others at the store by stopping by in person, emailing twice, and two telephone calls all with the same answer- see you in a day or two. Counter-top installation was competed October 14, 2013 After I made two months of these contacts I am still waiting to hear or see some one from Custom Stone. I paid one hundred dollars to another tile shop to get it cut right and it fit into the slot but the cross piece behind the stove is too big and the stove front sticks out too far and can't open the top left side drawer. Also the soap dispenser is on the wrong side of the sink bowl.

Today s date is 3-19-2014. Not good business...

This is my second job completed by Custom Stone and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not only is Mike and the team extremely friendly and responsive, the quality of workmanship is above and beyond. The first project was a basement bar which was curved and I wanted a granite top. They took on the challenge and it turned out perfect! I finally decided to pull the trigger on updating the kitchen countertops and Mike worked with me for quite some time until I found the perfect stone. He was patient and kind and never pressured me to just settle for what was available.

From me walking in the stores door to start my project to when the job was completely installed; I could not have been more pleased. I received a very competitive bid, the installers came out to the house and did hand made templates (so much better than a laser method) in a very professional and courteous manner, I was happy to find out the same two pleasant individuals would be showing up for the actual install too. They did, on time, they did not park on driveway, they worked through their lunch to get the job done etc...! The seams were virtually invisible to the touch and sight. My kitchen, bar, desk and bathrooms came out just how I imagined them. I hires them to do my tile back splash too. Same results - professional job well done!
