I wish I could give this company less than a one star. My husband brought our printer in at the beginning of March for service. The service was not completed for three weeks. We went three entire weeks without a printer. We were patient though. The printer came back fixed.We have no problem on that side of the company. However, we paid for the service on March 23. We were told it was going to cost 193.00. We agreed to this. They however forgot to charge us for sales tax. I thought everything was great, but then just this past week nearly TWO months after the services were paid for, the company charged us on May 2!!!! It finally hit our bank on May 11. This is unacceptable! I am so angry about this. All I got from Chris was an apology. At the bear minimum I do not think I should have had to pay for the sales tax since the total was run on our credit card without it. This is very very sad. They may have gained 11.55 from us, but now their reputation is compromised. Do whats best and go to...
