Had a rent a cop follow me he. Was young didn't even look 20nyrs oldfollow me cause I had on a back pack. He told me I had to leave my back back in the front I owen my own business and carry my wallet and stuff for my jobs like supply list and so forth. I told him no why don't he ask for that lady and this lady who's purses were bigger to leave them up from just like he asked me to do he said that's there policy so I stated so it's your policy to discriminate against men for having a backpack assuming that we're all going to steal but if I was a woman with the huge purse I'd be allowed in with no I told him that was discrimination and no I was not going to leave my backpack he followed me through the whole store so I purposely walk down every aisle backtracked whatever then got to the register and I explain to them why I was not going to purchase these items and left manager stops me gave me a 30% discount and got after the kid as I told him I would never return to that store for the way I was treated so I took my discount and still never went back to for one that was embarrassing and I wasn't doing anything wrong but Karen the backpack with paperwork for my job that I was doing my wallet my phone keys...

I have been to many HD stores and been completely ignored or when they finally walk past you and you get their attention, they act like your inconvencing them. This store however is very different. I needed a last minute item and ran in 10 minutes before closing. An older gentlemen asked me how I was and was pleasant. I explained I needed strong double sided tape or something. He asked about my project and then offered me not 1, but 2 different products. I walked past several employees...lost greeted me or offered assistance. I then make my way up to checkout....the line started backing up so the young lady called for help(awesome). A young gentleman came up and checked myself and another out...I told him how pleased I was with my experience there. He seemed honestly grateful for the feedback. I walked out and turned back around...I asked to see the manager...I explained that I felt the need to share my feedback.. Courtney explained that he was the MOD, I shook his hand and said thank you. I've read other reviews... I cant explain why some are so unhappy....celebrate these people you had on duty last night...those are the ones that will make you...

Absolutely horrible customer service. The cashiers are rude. You can't walk straight into the store because they have it all blocked off so you have to go all the way around or go through the cashier lines full of people. You can't walk in through the pro section. So if you park in pro you have to walk all the way to the far side of the building to enter. Smh it's alway dirty, carts are everywhere, stuff is never where it's supposed to be. Trouble finding anything you need. The cashiers need an attitude adjustment. I would rather drive further to lowes than ever come back here again. Smh. They need to treat people better and communicate better. When you ask where something is instead of walking with you to show you where an item is they just point in a direction and tell you what isle. Not very helpful at all. Most of the self check out lanes are closed, never in use and useless so the lest they could do is take them out so you have a place to enter the building. Over all a negative...
