I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. The store is nestled in the corner nook of the shopping center, and when I walked in I was greeted with a huge beaming smile from the manager, Joelle, as he welcomed me in. I was greeted with the same warmth and positivity by Gladys, who helped me with my purchase. The selection of furniture is very eclectic, so no matter what your style is they will definitely have something you’ll like! They have deals on the living room sets, dining sets, and mattresses, so if you’re looking for multiple items you’re gonna save some money for sure. One of the best things is that they have several financing options that are based on your bank account/employment that won’t impact your credit score when you apply, AND they even have a layaway program. They’ve got options for everyone.

Gladys was very friendly and so sweet, and she was knowledgeable about each piece I inquired about. She showed me that I overlooked the plushness and comfort of a certain sectional. I’m SO thankful that she did, because I ended up loving it. I ultimately ended up buying that sectional over a different one, and it was less expensive than the one I was planning to buy!!

Joelle offered me water and coffee, and that cold water was definitely needed because it was sooo hot that day! He also helped facilitate some things with my purchase that were honestly the cherry on top of a great purchase experience!

At the end of August 2023, I bought an L-shaped sofa and a bedroom set at this furniture store. The customer service was excellent, I have no complaints. The problem is that the delivery person who brought the furniture to my house dropped and dragged the furniture across the concrete of my entryway, causing damage to the sofa and the box spring. I immediately contacted the store and they agreed to replace the box spring, give me the mirror for the dresser for free, and fix the hole that the delivery person made in the sofa when dragging it across the floor.

I received the $49 I paid for the dresser mirror, and the box spring was replaced. On the day they brought the box spring, they sent someone to fix the hole in the sofa, but the person didn't know how to fix it and said they would send someone else. Well, in total, there were 20 emails exchanged, and I had to send the photos three times so the "boss" could see the damages. The last communication from Gladys was on January 5, 2024, where she said the boss would send someone to fix the sofa immediately that same week because I had already waited for a long time. On January 25, 2024, I sent another message since nobody came or contacted me. We are now in mid-May, and I haven't heard back since. The worst part is that I paid the full cost of the furniture as new, and the delivery person damaged it when bringing it...

Sidney and Joel are incredible. I just went through a very sudden and unexpected break up from a serious long term relationship in which he took all of the furniture and was moved out of our rented house in less than 24 hours. Devastated, and still kind of a mess I found these guys on Offer Up while searching for just a modest bedroom set...something just enough to help me feel a little more whole now that I’m in an empty 3 bedroom house alone.

How does the story end? I walked out of that place purchasing a new queen mattress, 5 piece bedroom set, standing mirror, glass faced chest to make into a bar, full size couch, dining table and chairs all for way less than I thought was even possible. Their prices were insane and the furniture looks so nice. They knew I had fallen on unexpected rough waters and helped me where they could. They even made sure I could get the stuff they already had in stock to my house on the next day truck to help me feel like I gained back my sanity with this breakup. They didn’t try to sell me anything, the items all sold themselves!
