Diamond Lanes Midtown — Local services in Owensboro

The staff were very rude. We paid $45 for 2 hours and a separate $25 fee for an extra 2 games. The staff took it upon themselves to eat our pizza and breadsticks when we took a smoke break. Once we walked back in they did not even acknowledge the fact that they did so and did not think to apologize, for one eating someone else’s food is disgusting and for 2 we paid a total of $70 plus the fee for shoes for our game to continuously mess up, worn out balls, and disgusting shoes that half of the people did not even put on cause they were so nasty. The place is run down and the staff being rude do not help the fact at all. When they were confronted about eating our food they laughed it off and did not even care to make up for it, they eventually offered $5… that does not cover the whole pack of break sticks and pizza they decided to eat. I would not suggest this...

The lanes were ok, we tried the south location which told us everything was full with reservations. When we called midtown they wouldn’t accept reservations, the guy answered the phone with “what do you want you’ve called here 4 times”. Sorry I would have called once but no one answered. While bowling we ordered food but the prices online don’t match the advertised web price. We went bowling here was there a few minutes after they opened at 5pm and was barley there 30 min and my nephew missed the step when he went to bowl and tripped and hit his chin on the bowling ball and it busted underneath his chin open so we had to rush him to the hospital and all they could say was sorry didn't offer anything for first aid or ask if we needed help or offer the $56 that we spent to play for 2 hrs and on shoe rental!!
