Our family had a poor experience because of the staff and only the staff. The facility is great but the staff is extremely rude. The following experience was a school sanctioned event. First of all the staff made it abundantly clear that the staff would take no responsibility for the children and would constantly berate the teachers for even the most minor infraction. This is an understandable request however it was to the point that any member of the school was singled out and most other children were left alone. A staff member made comments regarding swimming attire of 2 children wearing shorts saying they were not wearing swim trunks. The children were in fact wearing shorts and nothing inappropriate. This is not the first instance Iāve been informed of inappropriate conduct by staff, my friend who was wearing a religious swim garment was actually removed from the pool because it was not the āappropriate swim attireā. Luckily for them my friend turned the other cheek because this infraction is clear religious persecution which is protected by law. The next inappropriate action was a staff member followed my wife into the bathroom and was looking under stalls which she found uncomfortable. To be clear the facility is great and rules most be followed but due to inappropriate treatment by staff and believe it was management only because none of this occurred by lifeguards. This treatment was conducted by a single middle aged woman that should be disciplined for her behavior. No paying customer should ever feel so uncomfortable by a staff member....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWould be a great place, but you can't bring food or drinks not because they can't be there, but because they sell them there. And just in case your not buying, they constantly shut it down for 15 minutes or so at a time, no one is allowed in the water, for a "break". If your kid looks too short for the slides, they won't allow them to go down, they don't measure them, or respond to your request to do so. (One did, he was fine, the next one said no, and said there was no need to measure.) First sign of rain, they shut it down(they get paid by the hour, not the swimmer). If your a local town resident, the price is cheaper, which makes no sense as obviously if your not a local resident, you have to travel further, and the place is even more so less appealing, your literally punished for bringing them business, and then punished by the business model for the original bad decision. Just a few things fixed, and it would be a 3 - 5 star place, even the workers' attitudes could be an improvement. As all this seems to be a business model focus, I fear that any changes, especially soon are...sadly... unlikely. Bottom line. ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreits a very fun pool i usually really like going here, but today my sister and i got in trouble for pda?? which we obviously were not doing being as we are⦠sisters? but because she had rainbow sunglasses on we are only left to assume that because she had rainbow on whatsoever, they saw us as a couple and made WILD assumptions based on the idea that she must be gay. we were literally pretending to drown each other and i was dragging her by her feet and shouting āFNAF JUMPSCARE!ā and apparently thats pda. but only if they can assume one of them is gay, any other siblings do this and its fine of course??? so i am a little confused and offended as again she is my sister and i am unsure how we were displaying inappropriate pda ?? so to anyone who may in fact be a gay couple, maybe avoid this pool as they will scold you even if you are not being romantic. weird experience today but again...
