Taco Bell — Restaurant in Owensville

Not only did I have to go back through the drive thru to retrieve a portion of my order....but my crunch wrap didn't even have meat in it, forget the extra cheese that I requested and paid for. The chili cheese burrito was a limp, vaguely chili sauce smeared, tortilla. Nacho fries were somehow cold, when they were what we had to go back for. Reason for them not making it the bag the first time, they were holding on them and the clerk didn't realize. After all that, we were still missing items when we left. We just couldn't tell because everything was tossed into 1 bag. 3 separate meals, plus a couple add-ons...just haphazardly chucked, willynilly in together. Over $40 total for them to mess up literally every aspect of the order. No wonder McDonald's across the street always has a wrap around line and this Taco Bell is dead empty. I've refused to eat McDonald's since I was a child, but this Taco Bell has me considering the merits of eating less than sub par burgers. There's a certain level of inadequacy that is to be expected from fast food chains, but even this was too much. I wish I could post a picture with this review, so that everyone could see just how far below standard this place...

Went there first time and attempted to order a chalupa.. They were out No big deal! So I ordered a soft shell taco and a dorito locos taco Supreme. I went in My bag and noticed it wasn't Supreme. So I drove back around to get it fixed. Meanwhile I decided to eat my soft shell. Well the meat tasted old and like it was made in a dirty dish or something. I didn't mention it figuring maybe it was just Me but I got my taco Supreme and the taco was stale and again the meat tasted the same. I live far away and was hungry and just did not wanna have stop again so I just continued to eat well by the 4th bite I was pulling a long string of hair out of my mouth. Quite disgusting. I tried calling several times but...

Accidentally ordered from the Cuba Taco Bell via the app, and tried to pick it up from Owensiville not realizing I’d made that mistake. Apologized for wasting their time, and started walking back to my car to head to Cuba. Their manager on duty heard about what happened and had the lady at the counter chase me down in the parking lot and tell me they would make it for me anyway, which they did for no extra charge- all while their drive thru was so busy I had to park on the street behind them. Incredible customer service. I called Cuba and asked them to not make my order without refunding me. I hope I was quick enough, and that they both have the same franchise owner, or else I owe the Owensville store...
