Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review. I was all geared up to give them a great review, I even took pictures of things to include while I was there making my initial purchases. I was sure they’d be a good choice of furniture stores to spend my hard earned money at, the sales gentleman Jay was so friendly! I’d waited months until Black Friday to buy the new furniture I really wanted. I was so excited. Then my furniture never came. At this point, Black Friday sales we’re over so I wasted the best sale day of the year shopping this store. I decided to choose different furniture, that I am frankly a bit disappointed in. I accepted the floor models as well on the set I’m disappointed in because they were having bad luck getting anything in because of Covid shortages… I also purchased a new mattress and was promised a free pillow and it didn’t show up with my delivery. I purchased a remote controlled bed base for the new mattress and they delivered the complete wrong base…because of Covid shortages again…I was told over the phone, this was in November. Today, January 24th I am still waiting for the correct base that I asked for and purchased from day 1. Every time I call I get “oh it’s still not in” we will give you a call! Needless to say I’m very disappointed in the Oxford Shewels. It would have been good to have them treat me like a human, a neighbor… I can walk to the store from my downtown home, but...

Purchased a mattress set for my back. Sucked... Started tilting and could not get the store to honor their warranty until was paid off. It wasn't my fault the mattress was doing this. Cost over 1000.00. The customer service sucks. When it was finally paid off they finally bought a new one and tried not to honor warranty because of one tiny tiny spot..... Peroxide took care of that. ... Please do research on your mattress before purchasing at this store.... You will be in for it if it needs replacing. The new ine they sent feels like you are laying on a board. You will find very soon after sleeping on it..... I will never EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. OH. P.S . THAT SAME MATTRESS WAS A PROBLEM FOR MANY... THEY ARE GOOD TO YOU WHEN BUYING BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM,...

We will NEVER buy another piece of furniture at Schewl’s. We purchased a 3 piece living room set in February 2018 because our apartment had flooded and we needed furniture in a hurry. We found (what we thought) was a great deal. A “clearance” 3 piece for around $1,000. The middle part of the sofa broke almost immediately but nobody really sits there so we weren’t too bothered. The other two pieces, the loveseat and the recliner are broken now too. We don’t have children so nobody is giving abuse to the furniture, they are just poorly made pieces passed off to be great. I am so disappointed in how their product holds up. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, spend a little money into quality furniture that can actually...
