If it weren't for them I would've taken my #3 storage units, that I rent, elsewhere after my favorite Floyd sold the businesses.

Employees that treat clientele are hard to come by and these two knock it out of the park everytime!!

I've witnessed on numerous occasions the patience they exude when interacting with clientele that ask wild questions.

Always there to provide a great interaction; super clean environment; merchandise displayed soo good that I even think I need to buy something every time I walk in.

Make sure you take care of your employees because there are plenty of storage facilities for Oxford folks to go...

Always been very happy with the staff at the HW6 location. No complaints at all. However since you ask...it really bothers me the frequency with which special offers seem to occur, moving in discounts, summer storage promotions etc are given but NOTHING to recognize the loyalty of customers who have rented from you for over 10 years. It would be appreciated if those of us who have been with you loyally for some considerable time might get the occasional break. Worth a thought perhaps? I rented a 10x10 climate-controlled unit and was very pleased with my experience. The unit was in excellent condition, clean and easily accessible. The YEC-Oxford West staff was super helpful, responsive, and friendly, and made the rental process very easy. I felt like my stored items were safe at all times, and I felt safe going in and out of the property alone. The extended access hours made it easy for me to load and unload outside of my working hours which was very helpful.
