My family and I came into to the Oxford location on 11/29/24 at 6:42 pm and placed our order and paid cash on ticket number 10048. We waited in the lobby for over an hour and 30 minutes with multiple people getting there food that came in after us. I requested a refund which should be easy since I paid cash but the employee said they had a no refund policy and gave me the managers phone number to call. I called the manager and he told me they had a no refund policy and that I was not getting my cash back or the food I order because they did not know what I ordered even with me having the receipt. So the only legal thing I knew to do was call the cops. I filed a policy report against Krystal for stealing my money and fulfilling my order. I have called the corporate office and they do have a refund policy. I am giving the corporate office a chance to fix the injustice. If they are unable to give me my refund back I will be taking the to small claims court.    Read more12/21/21 @ 19:07 This is the 3rd time in the last couple months that all of the lights have been on, employees were in the building, and we were left waiting in the drive-in line waiting for a response from someone on the intercom. When we pull around to the window, we are told that the facility is closed. Once by rudely being waved on ahead, and the other times by rudely being told through a closed window. When we asked what their new hours were, they just kept repeating âweâre closedâ louder. There is no additional sign on the windows/doors or intercom at the drive-thru. Only the normal 24/7 advertisement. I understand we are in a staffing shortage all around, but why not advertise this to let people know. Otherwise, it just looks like (and many of us get the same impression) the people at work simply donât want to do anything so they are just telling potential customers...
   Read moreDo not go to this Krystal's location!! The food was disgusting! Which is so disappointing, because we've been there several times in the past when we were passing through the area. They have new people working there since our last visit of almost 2 years ago. We bought a 24 pack, which wasn't cheap. Only to open it up to some old hard burgers. It was just horrible! We will never go to to this location ever again. We never have that problem in Southaven,Ms. We should've returned them back to the store,but as I mentioned we were passing through the area. I regret not getting my 29 bucks back! Plus the food was cold. They had us waiting as if they were serving hot food. I'm so happy we didn't eat that mess, we probably would've been sick.
