My husband and I love the fresh, hot turkey carnitas from their deli. It's mainly the only reason why we shop there. We will be ordering a couple of pounds for Thanksgiving. It's especially become our annual tradition. It's also an excellent alternative and very economical to preparing an entire turkey for a small family! The most difficult thing for me to remember is to be there prior to 7p.m.; as afterwards they begin to do their deep cleaning prior to closing for the night. I can appreciate the updated atmosphere with the inclusion new tables. Even though I don't speak Spanish, the staff are always friendly and helpful.
The only thing that I don't like is that the non deli lines have been insanely long and difficult to navigate around in the evenings and on weekends. I'm a wheelchair user. I've often been frustrated that those lanes are generally closed when the signs indicate that they should...

So i was in line and there’s this old mexican guy whos counting his money to pay for his groceries. And this cashier just said “omg really” with some facial expressions. So after the old man count his change the cashier count it as well and theres some extra change. And she just shoved it towards that old man. I was about to butt in but i just let it slide. And now my turn. My total was $5.66 put 5.66 into the counter and she said “can you hand it to me?” On a rude tone!??? She really have something going on. Read more2 days ago I went into a superior store in Oxnard..the cashier said she was going to charge me to donate my money to the homeless..without knowing how much..or not knowing the data..I said no...I told her that I donate to the rescue shelter...she objected and said that if I could buy a bottle of brandy I could donate a dollar..I was so insulted, I said no! Thank you..if I knew the price first hand, I may have donated....it's nice to be asked than to be forced to...the next night..I went back to the store at 615, the registers were packed, the same lady was at register 1 , said she was closed, , I went back to my long line...by the time I got to my stacked line...she opened her register...I'm not gonna let this go...should I take...
