Our experience with David was not only disappointing but down right scary. He cursed at us, was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate with my husband and I. He demanded that we pay an unfair outrageous amount of money to him before leaving our home despite that he never finished the job. This was a horrific experience for us. We felt like we were dealing with a dangerous unpredictable unstable person and were being held at gunpoint. It felt like we were robbed. Do not trust this company, it’s a safety risk and the biggest mistake you’ll ever make. Our bill was almost $900 just for him to place TV’s we already owned on racks that were already on the walls. He was supposed to change the mounts and move a TV for us but after his outrageous behavior and disrespect we paid him to leave our home. The whole thing felt like a robbery. A technician named David came to our home and set up a couple of our tvs, which took him 3 hours, and he spent most of the time talking. He left seeming very annoyed with us, which was odd because my wife and I were very nice to him. Weeks went by, and we never received an invoice. I reached out to him to ask him to return to fix a problem we were having with the previous install, and he proceeded to curse at me and say horrible things to me and my wife. He was literally yelling and cursing at us in our living room! This tech may know what he is doing, but he has zero customer service or people skills. He wrote up an invoice and overcharged us, including a $115 "trip fee." He was threatening and abusive, and we felt like we were in danger, and robbed. The job was not done to our satisfaction.
