Tokyo Express — Restaurant in Florida

If I could give zero stars I would. Today my mother and I took out my 3 children. We paid for our food and decided to eat in. The kids got kids meals which came with a can soda drink and my mother paid for a 20 oz bottle. My mother has a broke foot so she asked my son (11 yrs old) to get her drink for her. He went to grab her drink and the lady started yelling and rudely said can drink for kids only no bottle drinks. I turned my head in total shock to see the lady yelling rudely to my son and accusing him of stealing the drink. She didn't even ask what was going on. After that we explained that he was grabbing a drink that had already been paid for and she had no right no yell at my son we asked for a refund so we could leave. Then she wanted to apologize that she yelled explaining that the kitchen is loud. We explained to her it's not only how loud she was, but how rude she was and that she accused him of stealing. We finally got our refund, but the lady wanted us to stay and eat. We explained that we no longer wanted to eat there and would never be back. I will not eat or spend money at places that thinks it's okay to yell or speak rudely to someone...

Me and my husband ordered wings and fried rice. I ordered the 20 piece, and most times restaurants allow you to choose 2 different sauces. My hubby went to get the food they informed him that we would have to order 2 separate meals to get the variety of sauces. They did accommodate this time. When he came home they forgot our rice. I called back and they happily told us we could come get it. However once he got back home the rice was obviously old, but we decide to try it. It was cold, hard, and distasteful. Even though it was close to closing time we would rater them tell us that the rice was no good, and if we would like to return at a later day versus giving us rice that appeared to say up all day. That was just the rice part....

The chicken was ok, but had very little of the sauce we ordered to enjoy.... they skimmed us really good on...

My husband and I would always smell this incredibly delicious scent when we would be walking into the grocery store next to this location and said we just had to try it. We always get our food togo, the portions are huge and can easily be turned into additional meals. My husband gets three meals and I get four out of each dish. He loves the steak teriyaki, and I love the chicken teriyaki we always pay for additional teriyaki sauce and the Yum Yum sauce on the side because it’s so good. The chicken wings are also delicious and if you like miso soup you are going to absolutely love theirs they aren’t stingy on the ingredients....
