Neil has been super helpful and reliable fixing my computer before school starts. I got a really expensive MacBook Pro when I started college 3 years ago and to get it fixed by apple I might as well have bought a new laptop. But Neil got it done in 3 days for a much more reasonable price for a college kid on a budget. I would recommend this guy to my grandpa he is a reliable and trustworthy individual who's great at fixing computers. When I first called Neil he was very kind on the phone and was quick to assure me not to worry about needing a new laptop and that he could take care of it. He told me to swing by the office and he could get a better look at the problem. When I got to his office he was very pleasant and assured me he would call with a diagnosis shortly. He then gave me an estimate and I was happy to have my laptop in good hands. I want to thank Neil at Coastside Computer Repair/ Bay Area Computer Repairs - Pacifica, CA. He was recommended by a friend who used him before. I needed advice on buying a good laser jet printer that would have an overall low maintenance cost which means cheaper toner and drum cartridges. I also needed a small capable printer that can fax and print multiple PDF training manuals (25+ pages each) with ease. Neil told me about the Brother MFC-L2750 series printers. He own’s one himself and researches the best equipment to buy for the money. He made the whole process simple; he ordered me the printer and set it up with both my work & home laptop. He downloaded the COMPLETE drivers instead of the limited version that we all normally download. I had no idea. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the printer.
