My family and I stayed in a rental house right near the Chit Chat Cafe and walked over every morning for our morning coffee. When we made a grocery run for snacks, we considered getting coffee to make in our rental. We unanimously agreed we'd much rather walk over to the Chit Chat Cafe every morning haha
Their brewed drip coffee is great for those who prefer regular coffee in the morning (a lot of the VRBO reviews for our house had mentioned how surprisingly good their coffee is lol). Their lattes are also delicious! Try their B&W latte!
Great food options as well. We enjoyed their bagels and pastries for breakfast and were so surprised by how good their sandwiches are for lunch. Their sandwiches are large! Get the pulled pork sandwich. You'll smell them cooking the pork outside as you walk up and that's all you need to know that it's going to be delicious!
Thanks for being so nice and being a wonderful part of our Spring...

First of all, let’s be clear: I didn’t choose to be this cute. It’s a burden I carry daily. Luckily, Tyler at Chit Chat Café gets it. The moment I strutted in, Tyler was ON IT — immediate eye contact, full attention, proper admiration. He even asked the most important question of our time: "Why is Gracie so cute?"
THEN — as if that wasn’t enough — he busted out a TREAT. No paperwork, no waiting in line. Just straight to the good stuff. AND he called me a good girl. (I am. Thank you for noticing.)
But the real MVP moment? Tyler respected the sacred Cheese Tax. When my human’s food arrived, Tyler didn’t even blink — just made sure I got my fair share. Royal treatment, baby.
If Tyler ever runs for President, he already has my vote. (And my paw print.)
P.S. Tell Tyler I’m available for future cheese...
