Came in today with trade ins, was the only customer in the store when I arrived. Placed my trade ins on the counter and then had to stand and wait for five customers, who came in after me, to be checked out before they would begin helping me. At no point did the associate ask me if I minded to wait, or explain he was trying to keep any process in place.
