The team at Sports Sense is great. Our baseball travel teams use them for uniforms, and I must say what a great local business they are. What I have found when it comes to purchasing bats and gloves, they know their products. My son has been fitted for 2 baseball bats and one glove and we were both very happy with the fittings. You can go to a big box store for baseball equipment, but you will not get the product knowledge that Sport Senses offers. My son liked that he was able to try a few bats before he selected one that he felt worked best for him. They have a hitting cage in the back of the store! I purchase equipment for local sports teams and prefer to keep it as local as possible. I have attempted 6 times to purchase from this place. The first attempt in Feb I was told the email was not working. Left VM no call back. Finally I spoke with Peggy who talked over me almost the entire conversation and said somebody would get back to me. Again no call back. Attempted again in June 2018. First with written description and photo of what I was locking for. Followed up with Peggy and again a nightmare conversation just like the first time we spoke she cut me off as I tried to give her the details of what I was looking for.
