Very disappointed in their pizza - it is probably the worst-tasting pizza we have ordered in recent years. We ordered a Chicken Alfredo, and received what I can only describe as dough with some cheese and cubed, breaded chicken sprinkled randomly. The pizza had a bland taste - the cheese they use is low quality, and so is the chicken. It was also slightly under cooked. The elusive Alfredo sauce was nowhere to be seen, or was used so sparingly that we literally couldn't taste it. I was very surprised considering the other reviews. What's worse, when we reached out, they simply said there is nothing wrong with their pizza, that they made it the way they always do, and were completely unapologetic about it. They also overcharged us $5 initially, and we had to call about that too so they can refund us the difference. We paid over $30 for a single large pizza and were expecting a certain quality, and what we received was nowhere close to being what you'd expect from a $30 pizza. Very, very disappointed overall. Service: 10/10 The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the ordering process quick and hassle-free. My food was prepared in no time, yet the quality wasn’t compromised at all. It’s rare to find such efficiency without sacrificing attention to detail.
