Uniq Liquors — Local services in Palatine Township

Everything was great until today. The clerk had charged me about 2.30 and I had given the clerk a $5 bill. Well, the clerk tried to deceive me and give me no exact change back. He only gave me .70 cents back. If anyone knows basic math, we all know that that is not the change that I should receive back. The apparent manager came forward and started talking in his own language to reprimand his clerk. I did not understand at that moment what was going on. I did wait to get my $2.70 back worth of change. The only thing the apparent manager said to me was that I was “not being nice”. O was confused and did not understand why I wasn’t receiving my change back. When I spoke up, the person spoke over me and kept saying I wasn’t “being nice”. Even then, I wanted to still pay for what I wanted and still, the manager and clerk spoke over me and they both ended up denying me service and just decided to give me my cash back. He did give me my $5 back but I think he realized his clerk messed up. At that point, I still wanted to work things out and get what I had requested, which was a couple of liquor shots. But, the manager kept saying that I was not “being nice” and did not even bother to speak to me about the issue. At that point, I did get upset because I felt like the person tried to blame me for something that his clerk/cashier had messed up for. So, I left. Things were going just fine until today. One thing is for sure. I will not be made a fool of and be duped out of my exact change that I should receive back. That’s not right and should not be allowed. 5.00 minus 2.30 should be about 2.70 change back. The clerk wanted to dupe me and give me only .70 back. To some, 2.00 is not a lot but to me, it’s all about honesty and integrity. After this incident, I’m sure other liquor stores would accept my business better and with integrity. I don’t think people should go to a spot where “slip-ups” like this...

He knows that most working class men are looking for Cabernet Sauvignon or a cold beer, while the women typically look for a White Zinfandel or like wine! Upon entering the store, I am greeted with a hello! How are you! May I help you with what you were looking for? Customer service at this store is number one. Avi is the number one purveyor of liquors, fine wines, and a plethora of assorted beers in the NWSuburbs. Avi s the number one purveyor of liquors and beers in the Northwest suburbs! He will certainly let you what goes best with the squab, a pigeon, turkey, tandoori, chicken tiki and other foul as well as the many many many many various cuts of game meats, red, and white meats! Their prices are so low! that they bring me there instinctively even though I know the customer service and prices are the best in the area! When you’re in there please make certain to say hello to Avi as he is a wonderful, wonderful young man who spends many many hours of learning more about the purveyors ship of serving alcohol at the store. He can take one or two looks at you and know what you need to bring you back to normal from a hard days work and be able to enjoy your wife and family as a good parent should! The person that work there is not fair and have favorite. Plus he gave me dud black and mile 3 times. I just recently went there and got a black and mile and once again it was dud. And I had 10.97$ ask for a cheapest vape witch was 14$. Since he gave me a dud black for the 4th time. There black are 1.75×4 is that about 7 to 8$. I was only 3 to 4$ off for the vape.
