I rarely leave reviews but for this experience I, along with our big group who were in attendance, had to say something. And I’ll start off with just the overall staff (except for one which I wish I knew her name bc she was nice) were rude and very unprofessional. We went to this location last night 7/19/2025 for my sisters birthday. And the staff was just unbearable.
In the 4th floor bar there was a very rude manager or bartender or whatever she was with blonde hair in a bun who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She first gives my sister an attitude when she went to try and ask a question about paying for her tab separately. She very condescendingly tells her to go back to the area we were sitting in and wait for the waitress (this waitress is the nice Hispanic woman I mention above whose name I forgot to get). Secondly when my brother arrives he goes to try and get a drink and is met w the same rudeness from the same woman when he simply had just gotten there and didn’t know about the waitress.
We were threatened to lose our two lanes AFTER WE PATIENTLY WAITED 3 HOURS for them as we were WAITING for our checks as if it was our fault we were not in our lanes ALTHOUGH three members of our party were already there in the lanes.
Then the server we were dealt with once we got to our lanes had the demeanor of a child. She was making faces when we would order something and even began expressing to my partner how she “doesn’t know how she’s going to deal with the rest of the night and people lack common sense” which I can understand being frustrated and needing to vent but the way she went about it was very unprofessional especially when I cannot have sympathy for the staff when everyone we encountered, except for one, were LACKING professionalism.
More than half of my group works in hospitality so we know how and when to keep it professional to make the customer feel welcomed and enjoy their time. This place needs their weekend staff, or at least everyone who worked last night to get a refresher course or maybe they shouldn’t be working in this type of environment.
And seeing as there are some reviews that were from last night as well makes me sad we weren’t the only ones who dealt with such...
Read moreMade a reservation to celebrate a birthday. We arrived and went to counter , no greeting, simply a verification of name. Got the bays, waited for at least 10–min before a server showed up. It was not busy since it was earlier in the day. When server arrived , we weren’t asked if we were familiar with how to set Up games etc. I recall in past visits, the servers would do this and guide as needed. We had a group that required two bays & our server Tyler seemed to not care at all about our group. We ordered quite a few different foods and beverages, he seemed rushed to take our order and acted as if we inconvenienced him when asking questions about the menu, when he was well aware we had several first time guests. We had to remind him to bring out some of the items he forgot & when told he rolled his eyes. As people Consumed the food, water and other beverages, No one cleaned the table. No one offered more water or clean cups with more ice for the sangria even when they saw the ice was completely melted. Towards the end of our time, 15 min before, we were told it was 15 min notice. He had the bill with him and asked if we were ready to pay, we said not yet , we need a minute to look at the bill and pay ( since the person paying was actually playing at that time). He left the bill on the table and walked away looking inconvenienced . Shortly after, the manager came to our bays and told us that he had another reservation and we had to go right away. We had literally been sitting there waiting and looking around. We had to tell him we were simply waiting for the server to charge our card (since he didn’t return after he threw the bill on the table) . The manager himself came across rude and pushy without need. He was speaking loudly, almost reprimanding us, he could’ve been more professional. Overall, this was the worst service in all my times of going to this location. It was embarrassing that new guests had to see and deal with individuals who did the bare minimum and provided more nasty attitude than proper service. Disappointing. Read moreWoke up thinking about how last year After my graduation me and my 4 sisters came here purchased 30 minutes of game play and within 5 minutes of us being there a staff member approached us and asked could they have a physical card to keep on file I thought it was strange but gave them my card to keep and hold a few minutes later we decided to order food once the food was ordered our server asked for my ID (which was strange because we literally drove here after my High school Graduation and I was the oldest person in my party) so I complied once again letting her take and keep my ID a few minutes after she came back and said before the kitchen can start making my food I’ll have to pay the bill once again strange but I complied and told her to just charge the card that she took and still has in her possession a few minutes after that we were told we only have 5 minutes of game play left so we either have to extend it or give up our bay. Keep in mind we still don’t have our food and we only purchased 30 minutes of game play in the first place so we became uncomfortable and just decided we weren’t gonna extend so the logical option in my head was that we were just gonna move inside and eat our food there when it comes but instead of suggesting that after I told our server we were gonna give up our bay because we’re done playing she says “okay I’ll grab your ID and Debit card and let the kitchen know to package up your order to go” I then proceeded to tell her we drove almost 2 hours to get here so if possible can we just move inside and she “oh okay”. This was the worst most discriminatory experience I’ve ever had in my life and a year later I’m still thinking about it and you can respond under this pretending you care or your sorry for my experience but the very next morning I reached out to you guys via email and was told I would get a response in 24-48 hours and I’ve heard nothing since then.
