Terrible!

They would replace expensive parts on driver's word, without asking the company. They will tell you, if you disagree with the above way of doing things "we will remove our parts and you can tow your truck to where you like". They would not take your card over the phone but only in-person. And after you'll figure how to send money to the driver so he can pay - they would tell you "we don't have to give you ANYTHING since your driver has his receipt" -- and that is after a week of promises that "we are too busy with something else but we definitely will send your that receipt".

1st off - Joe at B&E is fantastic. I had a water pump go out and he was able to fit me in and get it fixed. Prices are extremely fair and reasonable. If anyone complains of pricing here then they need to step into reality. You are paying for experience and reliability with you guys. I believe this is a family owned and operated business - they are all great. They have a large parking area with trash cans and a small bathroom. Bathroom isn’t anything special but it’s plumbed, clean, has a functional sink and always had TP. There is a night attendant. Parking is $10.00. Dirt lot $10 a night they keep it even and I don't see any potholes. I had a front tire leaking and they actually patched it compared to most places that won't do anything but replace it so I got back home and used it as a trailer tire. Currently you have to poop in outhouses but they are clean out houses I guess.
