Subway — Restaurant in Palestine

Lady was rude. Kept suggesting things that I didnt like and when I told her I didn't like those extra items she developed an attitude. Stuck the sandwich in the toaster oven before I had a chance to tell her I wanted a couple of other things before toasting. Had to physically shout to get her attention that I wasn't finished and then her attitude became worse with me. They ended up toasting the sandwich so much the cheese partially burned into the sandwich bread. Beware the workers spend their time chatting and making their own sandwiches before yours. It took 45mins to watch them prepare 5 sandwiches, I understand being paid by the hour, but don’t waste the customers time or patience. The incompetency of those making the sandwich was shocking. They could hardly remember what you ordered when making your sandwich. Additionally, I observed one of their team members making a sandwich, she then rubbed her nose with her glove, and continued to make a sandwich and give it to the customer.
