What a wonderful product and company. I had questions about a shower bench (the unstained teak with a shelf). I got someone who knew A LOT, answered my questions (same price from them directly, not A-zon only). I had trouble with assembly and AGAIN got immediate help (which worked!) and when I called back, got someone ELSE who was knowledgeable! I tried it out this morning. Sturdy, comfortable and great height! I am very, very happy... quality AND service!

(July 2021 update: Just to note how happy I am with this product. It has held up well (I have used their products to re-seal the teak once). Sturdy, great looking and providing the safety I need. I am VERY happy. (I am writing this since often reviews are just right after purchase and I like to know how things went "afterwards". Happy.)

August 2022 update: just another happy note. I had gotten a bit lazy and the seat was looking worn. Following the directions with their cleaning solution and then the teak oil returned to seat to like-new condition....

We’re absolutely thrilled with our purchase of the Ascend-Mist Estate Teak Shower Bench with Shelf (31.25” length /24” seat length)! The online color shows lighter than it is in person and Will in customer service was extremely helpful, friendly, & understanding about that. He worked to help find the best solution for us. The color still works with our bathroom wall & floor colors and it’s the perfect size and adorable shape Because I’m using it just outside of the shower, I don’t need it to sit on and just wanted it for decor. The top is sloped so I added little silicone stickers underneath the one side of things so they’d still be standing straight. Aqua Teak makes great products. I have purchased several of their products over the past few years in our bathrooms and even a changing area. All are well engineered and well made. We have never had a problem with any any of their pieces. They are also very easy to assemble. I should also mention that their packing for shipment is outstanding. Never damaged in shipment.
