Our experience with Bravo supermarket's catering service was the WORST experience I could have imagined. I feel discriminated against because I am not fluent in Spanish and because my husband is visually impaired. We ordered nearly $300 worth of food to be delivered on my wedding day at 3:30. It arrived at 7 PM after several of my angry Puerto Rican and Cuban relatives as well as my husband had to scream at them over the phone while Bravo tried to dispute their own receipt. I visit it frequently because they have very good prices on lemons, apples, corn, onions, and some other vegetables. I also get very good prices on chicken and meat sometimes. I give it 2 stars because I've visited other Bravo supermarkets in Orlando, Miami, and other cities, and they're new, modern, and very nice.
