Paradise Arcade — Local services in Palm Bay

I can honestly say this place isn't bad at all. I came with a total of 5 people and paid 70 for us all. I liked the vibe and the girl behind the counter was really sweet (her name is Bry) so I gave a $10 tip (and they are card only) my only one thing was the ac wasn't working that well and I was a little hot but I was the only one who thought so. My children thought it was great though so they were very happy. I spent most of my time playing air hockey (you can't beat me) and they had consoles that reminded me how sweet the 90s really was with some great ps4 options on a big TV as well. There was a little bit of everything for everyone. I wish there was hand sanitizer around as well. The part that made me excited was the glass bottle cokes as a refresher. They had good snack options and the ability to leave and come back and the arcade is all ages until they close which is perfect and no one felt uncomfortable and there was a nice mixed group (teens moms dads and kids). I was going to leave a review and told Bry I got to pick from a free item from soda,shot, or a comic (I of course had to go for the comic.) Overall this was a good experience and we would come back again. It's already been 3 hours and no one in my party wants...

BAD STAFF! I am a Uber eats driver and I delivered a case of water to this store. The original order was for $19. After I delivered it, (with outstanding customer service as i thought they tipped well) they reduced the tip and i now only got paid $6 for a shop and deliver-very time consuming- order. It was also a good drive from Melbourne, to Palm Bay. What people do, is tip well at first, so that a driver will accept their order, b/c they know it’s not likely a driver will accept a far drive ,time consuming order ,for only $6 (understandable; as I actually LOST money from doing this order) ! That is very unprofessional and inconsiderate to do. Especially as a business where i can write a review, Kelsey. Shame...

If you win something just take it and go cause machines get cold as ice, it’s only 4 machines in there that actually let you win and there’saBIG chance you could get 20 free spins and win 20$on a10 cent bet, and like I say not all machines pay out only a few the rest are just decoration…they don’t do 20 for 20 Mimi, minor and majors and megas are big cause they don’t drop often and when they do somebody playing for 50 cent a spin might get it even though you are playing higher, you honestly got to have allot of money to lose if you want to win 20$ bill is 1$ bill in there, YOU GOT TO ACTUALLY STOP THE MACHINE TO GET A BONUS MACHINES JUST ROLL ROLL ROLL AND STOP ON NOTHING MAJORITY...
