Upon stepping foot in the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the pleasant and tidy atmosphere, as well as the warm and friendly staff. With numerous cheesesteak joints in the vicinity, I decided to give these Jersey guys a shot and see what they had to offer. Opting for the cheesesteak, it arrived accompanied by perfectly cooked fries and a delightful pickle. Overall, the meal was quite enjoyable, although it would have been truly exceptional had there been a bit more meat in the sandwich. Now, I'm not one to devour enormous portions as I'm quite small, but the generous balance of flavors would have been even more satisfying had it been matched by a heartier amount of meat. Despite this, I still hold high regard for these Jersey boys and their establishment, and I believe that paying close attention to the composition of their dishes and considering the customer's perspective before serving would elevate their offerings even further. Nevertheless, I'm confident that they have a plethora of other delectable items on their diverse menu, and I'm eagerly looking forward to returning to sample a few more sandwiches. In fact, I might even give their cheesesteak another try, just to see if they took note of my feedback. Lastly, I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the staff for their kindness and warm hospitality, which truly enhanced my dining experience. I would like to add one more thing, please put scrapple on...
Read moreWe really enjoyed our first visit to Jersey Boys Diner today. We had been to that location many times over the years when it had a different name and different ownership. As life happens, it had been a good long while since we had been there, and, while we learmed today that the name and ownership had changed, our experience today was exactly what we like - a solid local diner with delicious breakfast food and great staff, and even better with that New Jersey diner vibe. Did not try the scrapple, but maybe next time :) We will definitely be back very soon.
Now that they are offering later dinner hours on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, we look forward to trying out their dinner menu.
We like to eat breakfast food all day and so we were there at lunchtime on a Saturday and got to try a variety of food including pancakes (yum like homemade), great sausage links, home fried potatoes, some Taylor ham, and scrambled eggs. Coffee was great and the ice water refreshing (Palm Bay has good tasting water not to be taken for granted in Brevard County.). The breakfast menu was huge with so many options.
Our server was wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She made our visit even...
Read moreMy wife and I were near the old Check Mark restaurant in Palm Bay and noticed the name was different. The new restaurant is Jersey Brothers Diner. I’m so glad we stopped in to try it; everything was incredible! We had the Pierogi for an appetizer and it was excellent! My wife had the prime rib special on a Thursday and it was amazing; the creamed spinach melts in your mouth. I also had a special, the Swordfish Caprese on risotto and it was also great! David was our server and was very eager to help with menu choices, he was also very cheerful and prompt. Miguel was the chef, this guy can cook top notch dishes and we both are looking forward to exploring the whole menu! They also have dinner specials Thursday thru Saturday! Give Jersey Brothers Diner a try you won’t be...
