The Jewelry Shop — Local services in Palm Beach Gardens

OMG!!! This shop is the BEST! I first discovered them by accident last year while at Publix (same shopping center). Then, I went in to ask if they clean jewelry. They had me take off my jewelry, cleaned it RIGHT THERE AND THEN, and then refused to charge me! That day I realized that this business has amazing customer service. Jump forward a year later. One of two locks on my diamond bracelet kept opening. When it came time to take it to a jeweler for repair, there was no doubt in my mind where I would take it. I headed right back to "The Jewelry Shop/PBG". Did i mention that I live 23-miles away from this jewelry store?? I pass MANY other jewelry stores enroute to "The Jewelry Shop/PBG". So a 22-minute ride on I-95 got me to the store this morning. I went in and was greeted by David- a very polite and helpful gentleman behind the counter. He took my bracelet to the jeweler and told me he'd be right back. Maybe 5 minutes later, he returned with my shiny clean and fixed bracelet!! They fixed it RIGHT THERE AND THEN!!! Again!!! And...yup! REFUSED to charge me!!! What is with these people??!!! I yelled at them to charge me, but they seemed to ignore my pleas for fee, lol, and told me to "have a nice day"!!! So crazy. THANK YOU DAVID & THE JEWELRY SHOP! I love the energy of your store, feel safe with my jewelry in your possession, and seriously appreciate your kindness and generosity! Without a doubt, I will see you again. You are the ONLY jewelry store I will go to. xo....

I have gone to the store to have repairs done. They do good work. There is concern for pricing. I went in Tuesday afternoon and was quoted a price. I waited an extra day for “while you wait Wednesday”. Otherwise it would have taken a week to put a simple catch on a charm. I visited the store right when it opened and was told the gold price had jumped overnight so it would cost more. That is what the salesperson told me. I said I was here yesterday. This is what you quoted. I believe the Jewler gave me the same price but I was very bothered by that. Additionally i was told that there would be an additional charge for Wednesdays because it’s done expressly while you wait or actually same day because I don’t wait. That was never disclosed to me until yesterday and I have been there a number of times having repairs done trying to support this small business. Been going to this shop for so many years I can’t remember and they have always been great. I love the shop because it’s a small LOCAL business, they design and create their own jewelry, their gems are authentic and if they don’t have what you want on site, they will get it for you. One time, I’d been ripped off by a big name store who told me the ring I had purchased for my daughter was solid gold. It wasn’t - it was actually hollow- and I didn’t know until they told me what was up. Because of them,I ultimately returned the item and purchased a new ring from this goldsmith for a fraction of what I’d previously spent. Their prices are reasonable, the folks behind the counter are pleasant and they know and stand by their products. They will work with you on most everything.
