Hibachi Master Abel — Local services in Palm Springs

Food and service was great, the show not so much... I came across their ad on IG and thought it would be a great idea for a friends gathering. I've hired a couple of other "hibachi" companies in the past but this group seemed a bit cheaper with the self setup option so I went with them.

None of the three members really spoke english so it was a bit difficult figuring out what we were waiting for. Our chef was mute and don't think said one word during the entire meal. Usually they perform a bunch of tricks and are interactive/friendly but he just seemed like he wanted to mind his own business.

The food itself was great and the servers were exceptional so it's difficult for me to leave a 3 star rating but I feel like the purpose of hiring hibachi catering is to put on a good, fun show which our chef...

We had an amazing private hibachi experience with Hibachi Master Abel and Chef Johnnie for our group of 10! From the moment Chef Johnnie started cooking, the fun began. Not only was the food delicious and perfectly prepared, but Johnnie’s skillful cooking show kept us all entertained throughout the meal. The setup and takedown were completely taken care of, making it all stress-free. The fire show at the end was an incredible touch that really made the night unforgettable. It was an amazing value for such a fun and unique experience....
