I've been getting pedicures for 20 years. I've had good & great but this was the first time ever that I had a horrible pedicure. First the water was way too hot I couldn't put my feet in, I told the person doing it then it was cold instead of making it warm. Then I noticed the water wasn't blue because she didn't put any of their anti bacterial soap in thevm foot tub either. The pedi process hurt instead of feeling good. My pedi and my toes look like a child did them. They aren't even filed evenly and the polish requested was french tip which wasn't done correctly either. I can't believe it. I could have done better myself. No massage done at the end either. Everyone knows that's one of the top reasons for a pedi and the better the pedi the better the tip will be. Then the girl next too me, everytime she tried to tell the girl doing her pedi something the woman had to get another girl to translate because the woman doing her pedi didn't speak ANY english at all. Last time I checked english is the first spoken language in this country so if your not Bi- lingual then at least speak english. I doubt she has her license too even do nails. I have a friend in the area of licensing and she said it's very unlikely because in order to do the hours required by the state and take the state exam she would need to speak some english. If you would have seen her whole demeanor this is not someone who went to school and got their license to do nails. I'm never going back there. I went in for a pedicure at an almost empty salon—nine chairs open, just one other client. My tech used a spare chair to hold her basket of tools. The owner came out, scanned the room, and told her not to use it. Instead of giving her a rolling stand, she made her put everything on the floor, forcing her to bend over for every single item.

I moved a bench over so she wouldn’t have to. But at that point, I told her to skip the polish—I wasn’t about to give the salon another dollar. I had planned on getting a manicure too, but why would I pay more to a business that treats its employees like furniture props, prioritizing aesthetics over their health and dignity? Now I understand why the salon was nearly empty.

Update to response: You’re not going to try to gaslight anyone today, nice try. Look at your other reviews and look how you respond to them all. Zero accountability- it’s always the customers fault in that shop.

I want to see you giving a pedicure and bending over for every tool just so that the salon can look aesthetic instead of actually being in use.

Treat Hispanic people with respect. You are in a Hispanic community, you serve Hispanic people and you also employ them. Stop acting like you’re superior. You’re just another nail shop- that’s it. Remember that you’re just a nail shop and remember to treat everyone with kindness, not just people who look like you. I went to go get my nails done for my birthday and when I got there, I showed the lady exactly how I wanted my nails and the whole entire time while doing my nails she was cutting me, The nails are overlapping onto my fingers, and they didn’t even complete painting my nails when I asked her to remove the nails off my hand and give me my money back. They refuse to do both. they all started getting up and yelling being very unprofessional. It got so bad to the point where the police had to get involved. even a lady on the side of the sidewalk says she feels bad for my nails and she even apologize for the way it looked. My fingers are now swollen and hurt really badly and now I have to pay more money to go somewhere else somewhere I should’ve went to in the first place. The place is so bad that I literally prayed that nobody would go there because of how bad it is. They should be shut down in the people inside should never be allowed to work very unprofessional.
