Wawa — Restaurant in Palm Springs

If I could leave this place zero stars, I would. The manager who is a big heavy set lady, is insanely rude which is an embarrassing reflection upon Wawa. this Wawa is located near a high school and they keep their cups behind the register which is understandable however given I am not a teenager, or kid, nor do I go to this Wawa ever I had no knowledge of the cups being behind the register so I had to ask and when I asked the “ manager “ who was at the register I was immediately given attitude as if I was a teenager asking to steal a cup any sane adult would not accept the disrespect and obviously would reciprocate that. she then proceeded to refuse service to me because she’s running her mouth and doesn’t like that I am responding back not settling for disrespect. while refusing service her exact words were “ get the hell out “ coming from someone who has worked in retail, there’s different ways you handle a situation especially if your stressing that your grown and old enough to be a mother like this lady was and if you cannot deal with being under pressure then a manager position is not for you. It’s unfortunate that Wawa allows, a ghetto unprofessional nasty individual as their manager. better yet, it’s sickening. Wish I would’ve got a name tag, but she had it covered.. so clearly this isn’t her...

At 2030 hrs I watching 2 people preparing food and there was an employee pushing a vacuum through the food prep area while the 2 were preparing food on a Thursday nite. There also was a floor buffer going on with the floor soaked making hard for customers to move around. One of the food handlers is yelling out the food order numbers while a floor buffer machine is running and a vacuum being run in the Food prep area. I said are saying number so ans so above the two machines? This employee said I am yelling at her. I said well I has to raise my voice being two machines are being run and I can't hear you and you refuse to use the microphone to announce the numbers. I have issue the kiosk says there are egg products, I order a breakfast item with an egg in it and I have to wait until 30 minutes later to hear we are questioning your order, then they say we are out of the breakfast egg item. So I paid for something that is not available, the you waste my precious time and make me wait 30 min that something is not available. Then it is with an attitude. My girlfriend and I work in different cities, West Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, Boca Raton, lake Worth Florida and so on, we always go to Wawa to get coffee and other items, besides that, we go to the bathroom. In every other city we go into the bathroom and they're really disgusting, the toilets are dirty, toilet paper everywhere on the floor, like nobody cleans the bathrooms. Today was our first time in this particular Wawa. We got off the car and went straight to the bathroom, as always I expected this bathroom like the other ones. To my surprise this particular bathroom was the most clean, good smell, fantastic bathroom I have seen in a long time in a Wawa place. It was so clean that I wanted to stay inside the bathroom. I have to use a wheelchair because I can't walk so, to pee I have to sit down on the toilet. You can imagine when I went into the other bathrooms. Today was a very good experience in this wonderful bathroom. Kudos to all the employees for their service and make sure that we the customers enjoy coming to this...
