As a business owner myself, I know what it takes to keep customers happy. JR went above and beyond any expectations I had. He listened intently to my individual wishes, researched options which he then shared with me, invited me to ask as many questions as I wanted (which I did by the way & he never minded!) and encouraged me to do more research on my own without any hint of pressure or pushiness. Once everything was decided, he kept me abreast on when to expect the parts to arrive & the anticipated time he would have my truck along w/an estimate. His timelines were on point & there were no hidden costs or unwelcome surprises.

Without question, his work is high quality easily reflecting the obvious passion this young man has for his profession. He turned my off-the-lot F-350 into something pretty awesome & very 'me' with sweet new wheels, aggressive tires, lift-kit, stabilizer and brush hog. He was informative throughout the entire process placing focus on safety for which I very much appreciated. He also walked me around the truck when done to show me a few things and explain the work he did (he even washed my salty interior mats out of sheer kindness!).

I feel very lucky for the referral that I received which turned me on to JR & I strongly encourage anyone out there to take their auto work to him without hesitation.

I'm afraid to say that this isn't the last he'll see of me as I sit here and consider what I will hire him to do next! :) If I were asked to describe JR & my experience in a few short words I would say: The high end of ~ Honest, Respectful, Fair, Professional, Kind, Quality...

A 2014 Volkswagen was serviced for an oil leak that other car repair shops including the dealership deemed unrepairable. It was a big job, and it was completed in one week. The service was timely, excellent, and professional. We could not ask for anything more! The car runs better the ever!!!

An 2007 Mustang had severe issues and also deemed unrepairable. We didn’t know what the problem was and where to start. The found what the problem was and solved it. The engine harness was fully repaired which was AMAZING! EGR valve replaced and a tune was taken off. They took care of the engine and wrench light. The Control arm with tie rods was taken care off. Thank you so much for your willingness to do difficult jobs! I can’t wait to see the car fully restored again!

A 2011 BMW was brought in for an oil leak amongst a few other issues. They replaced the oil pan, repaired a cracked rim, installed a differential, and a tool care of the stabilizer bars. They were honest and the service was affordable. Thank you very much!!!!

I’ve owned my truck for a little over three years now , I knew of JR and his shop when I bought my truck, I had a question even if it was something simple, he would always get back to me with an answer when it came time to have work done he explained to the tea exactly what he was going to be doing and why it’s not easy working on these big trucks, so when I was pricing the work out he was in the same or lower then his competitors, not that I’m a mechanic by no means , but pretty good judge of character on just about any work and I gotta say one week later after taking the cab off I was rolling again, every single time I bring my truck for upgrades, they get it done in record time , they have done everything from the motor, to the suspension and steering to simple things such as door pins, even helped out and god my work vans transmission done so I can get back to work, can’t say enough good things about jr and Seth , who by the way is one of the best diesel mechanics around, no one has touched my truck besides those two and as in doing so it is an absolute dream to drive, proud proud customer and owner of an 09 f350 super duty 6.4 twin turbo that they built and I love...
