Bought a washer and dryers from them 6 years ago and finally my washer gave out. Went to purchase another with them and upon arrival it failed to work. I called them and they sent a Tech inmediately who fixed the issue quickly and was very curteous as well. Working great again and even took the old washer at no cost. I have had the same issues multiple times, they send someone to come and "fix" it. only for the issue to continue.
