Memorial Park of Palmyra — Local services in Palmyra

My daughter and I had a lot of fun making a scavenger hunt out of pictures here. We took turns making the clues and leading the hunt. The park was nice, clean, and fun to play on: but best of all, it was a successful hunt!

.....until it began to fill up with lots of nipperkins rushing around in their after-school excitement. Screams of giddiness and excitement echoed through the air as the energy was building. It was a great little break before heading out for dinner.

This is a very well kept park. And a really nice fenced baseball field. There looks to be some construction going on currently but looks like it will be a nice addition when finished. My only complaint is that everytime I've been there, the bathrooms are always locked. We were there a little over 2 hours for a little kids baseball game, and so many people had to leave and come back or the little boys had went to the trees to go. Love this little park but lately it's looking abandoned. The play are needs re mulched badly and the infant swings need replaced. The one has a split in the plastic and might not be safe to use. Play area also needs the weeds picked around it and the pavilion area needs to be clean every now and then. Last visit there was black coal all over the ground area inside the pavilion. After a little TLC it will look better and...
