I had a great experience with this company. We bought a house that had a "slow draining tub" upstairs. Apparently it had been that way for years. We tried to snake it ourselves, but this was beyond home repair. During the remodel, we had Tillett come out to see what they could do about it. The technician unclogged the drain and said all was well. We didn't move in for three weeks. The first shower and we were in ankle high water, so we gave them another call. Jeffrey Tillett came out and was very kind and cheerful. He was able to clear the drain quickly and we haven't had any issues since. I highly recommend them.
