There are many outstanding employees at this location and it's a quasi-impossible task to shine the spotlight on just one! Among the many great visits to this store, the one that has prompted this review featured Adrianne--forgive me if I have misspelled that--as the employee-extraordinaire.

Picking up some canned food and furniture for my cat, I sort of trickled into a conversation with Adrianne at the register about my purchases--not unlike how one might gently float down a shaded creek during their childhood summers. At no point during our interaction did I feel I was being sold something or navigating stale small-talk found in a corporate handbook on customer interfacing. This felt genuine and I got the sense that Adrianne wanted the best for my cat, not for the company's bottom line. I also learned about her cat and we related about specific products or strategies to please our feline companions.

The raw food sampler was/is incredible. It allows me to try out a higher quality diet for my beloved kitty in a convenient, wallet-friendlier way than the previous raw foods I had bought many years ago. No more ponying up big money for a huge pint of frozen rock. Now I get to try out all the different flavors--including the exotic ones--in easy to manage, smaller containers. That removes the headache of timing out your thaws and breaking your cutlery trying to scoop out frozen chunks. It's a Rawvolution! Sorry.

Adrianne understands what's best for our pets and puts that first, which is why she offered to provide a discount on the sampler. That's the mark of an employee that values what the customers value: the wellness of our pets.

Every time that I come here I am astounded by how wonderful my experience is. Not only did I find my puppy at an adoption they hosted, but they have taught me so many things about how to effectively raise and handle him since then. The staff really understands animals, and they are so compassionate and willing to share their bounty of knowledge.

They also have some amazing deals. For example, when you buy 3 cans of wet dog food, you get the 4th one free. Even better than this is that if your dog doesn't like the food, you can come back to the store and exchange the can of food for a different one at no additional cost.

Came here for dog wash. Easy to find parking in the plaza, which is a huge plus point. The dog wash station is a stairs built-in kind of design, which makes it much easier for a mid or large size dogs to get in the tub by directing them to follow the stairs, especially if your large size dog hates bathing & struggles to jump in a tub by itself. However: it got time limit of 25min per wash, it’s just very difficult to get a large size dog to finish washing & drying within 25min, my golden came out half dry even if I tried sooooo hard to get it done soon as we can. It also does not have hair brush to groom the dog a bit after drying, which is hectic and messy after the wash. It’s 18 dollar per wash, which is tooo expensive for...
