Subway — Restaurant in Palo Alto

I ordered a tuna sandwhich, but when I had it, the tuna tasted old and stinky. The vegetables and tomato is definitely not fresh. The skin of the tomato is wrinkled and the color of the tomato is pink and not red. The lady who made my sandwhich also put a really small slice of tomato (the end of the tomato) onto the sandwhich. The lettuce is both dried and shrived. When she gave me change, she gave me a ripped dollar back, when I asked for an exchange, her attitude was really rude and questioning. My friend pulled down their mask for 2 seconds to have a bite of Ice Cream and was immediately met with yelling calling him "disrespectful" and telling us to leave. The man serving us was very ready to throw our sandwich away until I was able to calm him down and apologize. This is very unprofessional, all he needed to do was ask us to not eat or pull our masks down. I was startled and confused. Came in to get a Foot long Deluxe and had a coupon that was emailed 2 me but this particular Subway does not honor any type of coupons from Subway according to the guy behind the counter today. I was very disappointed that they didn't or don't participate in honoring Subway coupons so I guess that means they are privately owned that they have their own franchise? but the guy decided to give me a dollar off on my order so made me somewhat happy. But if I have a coupon I won't be going there I'll be going somewhere else where Subway's coupons...
