They did a great good with decorating, however, my event started@3pm, the owner and her staff were still on the floor setting up until 4pm as my guests were arriving. On top of that had the nerve to tell my guest before they could help themselves with my sweet table, she wanted to take pictures first then stated to me that my event didn't start until 4pm. When we assured her my event started at@3pm.
she went in a hour into my event time, then came out started cleaning up at exactly@7pm around my guests, when she also stated we would have an extra 30 mins to to clean up and get everything out It was the no communication, no respect regrading my guest/time.
Also, it was a problem with the floor lifting up, which was not stated until my event started. Therefore, caused a lot of people to trip over walking...
