The Marketplace — Local services in Panama City Beach

Absolutely awful experience. I genuinely regret ever walking into this place. The whole “permanent jewelry” concept sounded great in theory, but this business completely ruined it for me.

First of all, the customer service is abysmal. They acted like they were doing me a favor just by speaking to me. No greeting, no explanation of the process, and when I asked questions, I got eye rolls and vague, rushed answers. For a service that’s, well, permanent, you’d think they’d take the time to explain things thoroughly.

The technician clearly lacked experience they fumbled with the tools and seemed unsure of what they were doing. The “weld” was crooked and weak, and my bracelet fell off just THREE DAYS later. When I contacted them to fix it, they tried to blame me and offered to charge me for the repair. Are you kidding?

Also, the selection was laughably small and overpriced. Cheap-looking chains being sold at premium prices just because they slap the word “permanent” on it? Hard pass. I've bought costume jewelry that looked better and lasted longer.

Save yourself the money, time, and frustration. There are better businesses out there with actual professionals who care about their work. This place is a ripoff and a headache wrapped...
