As I read other reviews..my experience is similar.... Fiance and i made a choice to come here for a sweet treat... MISTAKE!!! we were in drive thru for 7 to 10minutes when we got to the window..the young lady was hitting buttons on the.screen of her register...all while were watching her..the young lady asked for help but the old white lady manager just walked by her and ignored her...the black guy who was cooking finally helped the young lady at the register.... I said could I have a new sundae as I had seen the old white lady manager take it off the counter and take it who knows where..then she returned it to counter ..
But the black guy who was cooking said why? With his hands and arms extended and looking at me like I'm an idiot..I told him what I just wrote above... He wasn't happy that I requested a new one....he doesnt realize I was in line for 10min ..I could see the sundae was somewhat melted and just not what I'm used to getting here... We also ordered a snickers blizzard.. The nice young lady at the register said pull ahead and I will make you one...I said thank you.. She did give us the blizzard but she didnt tip it upside down.... Wasn't long when the young lady came out with my sundae....she looked stressed and apologized profusely..we said no problem take a breath stay out here for a minute and get your composure it looked like the young lady wanted to cry...I told her I seen that the old white lady manager wouldnt help her when she asked many times.... I said I'm sorry your dealing with in inadequate manager and a cook with a attitude which would make for a toxic work environment.. She just frowned...
I also said we got the blizzard but failed to turn it upside down..she said if we could come back another day.... To not create more problems for the young lady I said no problem and we left...

Read moreSo not only was my order incorrect. Why do you even open the drive through if i cant use it? I ordered and was told to spin around and wait in the parking lot. There were no cars behind me when paying at the window.
After a few minutes of waiting I saw an employee with my food and she gave up looking for my car after 5-10 seconds of glancing the parking lot (aka didnt walk across the parking lot) She decided to walk back inside. So i had to get out of the car to go inside and watch them scrounging around where my order was supposed to go.
A totally different employee, who actually gave me my food inside the store, didn't say a word and quickly rushed back to hide behind the counter.
right after i had mentioned the service in person and voiced concern with the drive through (BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME) there was no recollection or consideration not even a "thank you" or "enjoy ur food." Customer service does NOT exist here with the workers. Only when you call to make a fuss.
29$ for 2 chicken strip baskets that were missing sauce and an incorrect drink size.
After calling and complaining now i was offered a refund that i did not take. This dairy queen specifically needs a better system or something because; THIS IS NOT IT!
Two families waiting to even get their order taken INSIDE walked out of the building mad and mentioning they were going elsewhere across the street.
Employees inside looked like they were running around like chickens with no heads. NO guidance & NO structure.
I really hope management can get their "employees" to care about their job and not just be there for a check.
People are hungry and now you make them angry. Not a good mix..

Read moreOne of the worst Dairy Queen’s of my life ! Outside drive through had a sign That told us to honk our horn to get their attention? So we decided just to go in cause no one came. Only three people working that had 0 training. No one wearing gloves or proper uniform attire. Took us 20 min just to order a simple meal! Just for us to have to wait another 15 min to make ONE meal!! And the cheese was freshly COLD like it just came out of the fridge on a cold patty as well. Also when I first paid, it was with a gift card and the girl threw it away and when we went back for refunds not only did the girl not know how to do refunds but had to pull out her phone to call the manger and the manager said the only way to get my money back was to fish the card out of the trash can and put it back on that card! After some arguing the manager finally said just to give us a ten dollar bill replacing the gift card and one of the worst things is not one employee even tried to apologize at all!!! Not one single time did they say sorry for anything not the long wait not the food being cold… nothing absolutely horrible! Will never come to this...
