I’m writing to talk about an ongoing issue. This place is ULTRA SHADY (owners especially) . As always as soon as I walk in I’m met with an utter disregard and disrespect from the staff, who ALWAYS exhibit rude behavior and display a lack of basic courtesy especially the ladies that work here. I kid you not they will stare you dead in the face wearing the worst wig possible and not say a word and then proceed to follow you around and watch you like a hawk. It happens EVERYTIME and I always say I’ll never go back and I plan to but it’s always that 1 item you really really need anywho .
The lack of acknowledgment upon my entrance, contrasted with the prompt greeting extended to another customer, was particularly disheartening. Furthermore, the pervasive attitude of scrutiny and unwelcoming demeanor towards patrons was unmistakable.
It is distressing to note that such behavior is not an isolated incident, but rather a systemic issue that appears to be ingrained within the establishment. The discriminatory treatment towards individuals of color, coupled with the location of the store in a predominantly black community, is deeply concerning.
It is evident that the discriminatory treatment towards people of color has persisted at this location. It is recommended that individuals refrain from patronizing this establishment to discourage such behavior. Your decision to stop spending money here is commendable and aligns with the efforts to promote equality and inclusivity.
I would like to recommend Lisenby Beauty as a shining example of exceptional customer service and inclusivity. Their approach to customer care serves as a benchmark for how patrons should be treated.

Clearly I saw no exchange or store credit. But if your son didn’t mention card refund to me that day. I would not of mentioned that back, so be so for real.
The only good customer service I received was infact from him. I wished I just did make him refund that day and left. Would’ve spared me from this encounter. Because he was very nice and considerate, don’t know his name or I would’ve mentioned. Check back your store audio footage and listen to it (which you probably won’t) because I know I wasn’t hallucinating when he said that! I barely write reviews but I had to write this one.
Everyone else needs to go to customer service training, quite frankly. Especially the owner.

   Read moreI well never ever tell anyone about this store. The way I've seen one of the owners treat a couple in that store. I would have recorded them and reported them to someone. The lady just dropped one of the plastic gel containers and the owner started to yell at her tell her "not to look at him and pick up now" like he was her father...he stepped in front of the couple as they're trying to leave. The cashier stepped out in front of the couple as if was trying to fight the woman. I guess was African or something..the owner called his people from the back standing around like they were about to jumped the couple. She was just trying to leave so it wouldn't be drama her husband was getting held by his wife. A customer was coming in to the store and then and only then they got out the store. I hate people like this DON'T SHOP WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS..I LEFT THE ITEMS WAS BUYING AND LEFT..NEVER SHOP...
