First time ever going here this morning and Tim, the older, bearded man sold me a glass dab straw for $16. I got home and tried to use the straw but was unable to suck air through it. Upon inspecting the device at home, I noticed the tip of the straw did not have an opening and was sealed at the top with glass. This is a factory defect. We immediately took the straw and receipt in its original case back to the shop and Tim said he could and would not do anything for us. Upon showing him the defect and agreeing to buy a replacement straw of the same type/value he agreed to a 15% off the new straw but I really had to push for him to do this. At checkout, he added the 15% off the new one, but set my old straw back behind the counter. Before I paid for the new straw, I asked him if he intended keeping my old one or if I could have it back since I just paid $16 for that one not even an hour before hand- functional or not, it was still mine. He said no, if I give you 15% off the new one, you cannot keep the old one… he said he was already doing me a “favor” by giving me the discount. I said no, I paid for the old one. Take the 15% discount off the new one and I will pay for the new one outright but I will also be taking the old straw I paid for earlier home with me as well. I told him he could not keep it. This obvious irritated him. He agreed to that but was really rude about the whole thing… so I paid for the new one at retail value with no discounts and collected my old one back from him as well and came here to say that I will never be back to this vape store again because of the way this employee acted and handled me as a customer today, let alone a first time customer. He very well could have given me 15% off the new one and let me keep my old one since I did absolutely pay for both. It was a big inconvenience to have to take the time come back down to the vape shop again, PAY for a new product, receive no discounts and nothing but attitude from Tim. Don’t forget he tried to steal my original non functioning dab straw back. Yeah it wasn’t usable but I still paid for it… Tim’s entitlement plus the experience I received at Vapeville wasn’t worth my time or my money and I will definitely not be back and let everyone I know in the neighborhood to not...

I went to this shop one day and spent some money getting grinders and what not. Guy who took care of me was super nice…unfortunately he didn’t tell me the grinder that I bought was a tobacco grinder and it needed its own battery. Being that I work everyday and we have a baby at home I wasn’t able to go back as soon as I wanted but one day I was gonna get the bus and decided to stop there for an exchange. Another employee was quick to shut me down before he even fully heard what I was gonna say…started talking about the fda and what not. I was like sir I never used it…I couldn’t even use it I never put anything in it…it was out of the pack for maybe 5 mins. He stuck to his fda statement that he seemed to have rehearsed so many times in his mirror. I said it’s cool and handed him the tobacco grinder and said you’ll can keep it….WHICH HE GLADLY ACCEPTED AND PUT BACK IN THE CASE. Smfh….

Wait…lol I didn’t see him put it back in the case… there was supposed to be an “I’m pretty sure he put back in the case. Anyways sir I did give that grinder back. I was leaving and turned back in and told him he can keep the grinder… I won’t lie on a review. And also he did tell me some stuff about the fda. Listen to your audio. I don’t need the credit. I’m already over it and moved on. I left this review because I felt that he should have at least given me a chance. I don’t work for much money but i do tip people based on their customer service. Ask the other employee who sold me the items the first time. Anyways thank you. Great Selection & Friendly Staff!

Vapeville Smoke & Vape in Panama City is definitely a solid spot if you're looking for your vaping or smoking needs. I've stopped by a few times now and generally had a positive experience.

Their selection is impressive – they've got a wide variety of vape juices, devices, disposables, and a decent range of smoking accessories. It's always clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse.

What really stands out is the staff. They're consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. They've given me some good recommendations and answered all my questions patiently.

The only reason I'm not giving it a full five stars is that sometimes their prices are a little on the higher side compared to online retailers, which is understandable for a brick-and-mortar, but worth noting. Also, during peak times, it can get a bit busy and there might be a short wait. Overall, if you're in Panama City and need something quickly, or just prefer to see products in person, Vapeville is a reliable and pleasant place to shop. I'd definitely recommend...
