Tropical drinks restaurant-bar — Restaurant in Panama City

Lovely small business! Place was very clean, food was fresh and authentic, and the staff was so friendly. Server was very kind with my marginal Spanish, haha. Food was great and didn’t take long at all. We got the daily special which was a pork chop, beans and rice, and a bowl of amazing soup with a fantastic cold tomato salad. Very reasonable price.

I suggest they put out a specials board or maybe some pictures of foods so that English speakers can just point to what looks good haha. Also maybe make the name more clear that it’s a food place vs a drink place to draw in more people!

Also, service was prompt and food was out in a very reasonable time.

I hope this place makes it!...

It was a tough start at first but the pieces are falling in place like a puzzle. I recommend if you left a bad review before give it snother chance, the food is amazing, beautiful construction throughout, unique to say the least. People don't get to taste this type of food very often or probably never have. It is very different than we perceive Spanish food in usa, north America or Central America. South American food is another culture in itself and i highly recommend you check it out. Colombian food is very addicting and much healthier than many other places. Loved the food today!!! 😋...

This is not Colombian food to start with. This is a Venezuelan restaurant with a arepa, Venezuelan empanadas and burger options. We were able to get empanadas which were ok.
