The ONLY POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS LOCATION ARE FAKE, OR FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY OF EMPLOYEES!!! This location is AWFUL. Go yourself. I DARE YOU! The first time I had been to this location, they overcharged me by almost double the amount because the employee in drive thru didnāt know how to push the āpromoā button. A week later, I tried going in the dining room and ordering my meal, and they told me that every card that the wife and I have are declined. I call the banks, they have no record of the restaurant even trying to send through a charge. For my wifeās cards either. The cashier was rude, and acted like we must be too poor to even buy a burger. Embarrassing to be treated so poorly. I can assure you after buying my waterfront house in cash, I can afford a Whopper or two. But she wouldnāt even consider trying to see if there was something wrong on their end, or even try manually entering the card. Knowing that this location has only been back up and running for a couple months, I thought Iād give them another chance. That was today. There were 5 vehicles in the line ahead of me for the drive-thru. 2 backed up and left after about 15 minutes. The car trapped in the drive-thru said he had been sitting there for 25 minutes and no one had even taken his order. 4 more cars stacked up behind me and after I had waited for over 20 minutes, I notified the people behind me what was happening (or not happening I should say) and we all left with the first guy still waiting for someone to take his order. (He must have the patience of Jobe.) I am not one to try to hurt small business, and it pains me to have to post this warning, but Iām just trying to spare you the waste of time, and frustration that will come if you choose to go to this Burger King location on BUSINESS 98. I truly hope they fix this location because itās close to home, but until I see significant changes in REAL REVIEWS from customers not friends and family of the location, Iāll take my business elsewhere, and you would be wise to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDecided to pull into the drive thru because there was only one vehicle that was ordering when I arrived. It took a few minutes for the vehicle in front of me to get their order in which I presumed due to lack of employees based on my previous experiences ordering breakfasts in the past. After 3 or 4 minutes, the vehicle ahead of me pulled forward to pay at the window and it was my turn to place my order at the speaker/microphone.
As I pulled up to place the order and before I could start the order, a young woman's voice came from the speaker and said they were out of change and I would need a credit/debit card to place an order and that they were out of french fries. I told her that was no problem. I had planned on ordering a whopper with cheese and onion rings, but wasn't given a chance when she asked me to wait. So I did for about 4 to 5 minutes. When she came back in about 5 minutes and before I could start my order, she told me, "I'm sorry, we can't take your order because we just closed". What? After waiting almost 10 minutes in line and listening to a list of problems from the employee, they won't take my order? I asked her, "You won't take my order after waiting this long"? Her reply was, "No sir, we're closed". Amazing. Amazing because all the lights were on (including the main sign by the road), there were still cars in line ahead of me that had just ordered, and (most of all) IT WAS 7:15 PM!!!
Never again will I waste my time going to this or any other Burger King. The last experience with Burger King I had to wait almost 30 minutes on the last whopper they had (because they ran out of hamburger patties) and what I ultimately received wasn't even a whopper. Their franchise needs to get their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWaited in drive thru saying hello 5-10 minutes before they come on the speaker to say that lane was closed. There's no signage indicating this. I go inside to order, the kitchen is in disarray, the freezer door was open. I had time to notice no one was working in the freezer as I had to wait another 5-10 minutes to put an order in. The manager and two others were playing around. There's no one inside and one car in the drive thru. I finally get an employee to take my order. I mention that the freezer door is still open and no one is working out of it and they need to put a sign on the drive thru lane that is closed. A different employee interrupts me while I'm placing my order to sass me about the drive thru not having signage. She said it blew off. I didn't take kindly to her sass so I got the "manager" who sassed me more. I demanded a refund I was done. The "manager" talked down to me while making me wait for my refund. 10 minutes goes by I get the refund but the "manager" refused to give me my receipt. I stand my ground demanding it. She walked to the back was gone for another 6-8 minutes came back on her phone. " Manager"yells that she's supposed to keep the receipt. It clearly states on the receipt "customer's copy". I continue to ask for my receipt. Another 4-5 minutes goes by. I ask her if I can take a picture of it.she tells me to never come back. When she brings it to the counter I take it from her and walk out. What a shame. This is a new Burger King that everyone was looking forward to opening and these employees are running it into the ground. How will they be able to make money and stay open with employees like that?!?? I'm beginning to believe this place is a front for...
