I had an amazing experience with Kaya Life in Panama City. It may be a more pricey option compared to other offices in the area. I can say that the difference in cost was worth it to me for my experience.

As you walk in, you notice how aesthetically pleasing the office is. It is painted in light colors and the wood throughout is a lovely touch. You are greeted by a friendly staff who are informative and warm. You sit on comfy furniture listening to soothing music.

Once you have been called back, a specialist walks you through the process and gives recommendations for products based on your ailments. She was amazing!

You then enter the doctors office where you are greeted by a beautiful dog and a very friendly doctor. She had awesome bedside manner, as did her dog!

I was able to receive my temporary card before leaving the office. The lady who helped with that was also amazing!

I am so disappointed in this place. I chose Kaya Life under the recommendation of my son's doctor because they were supposed to be very professional. I was able to get an appointment within a few days and the card the same day. Sure thats fine if that's all you want, but if you are expecting some sort of doctor/patient relationship or experience then don't bother. Once you leave the office that's it. They don't answer the phone. They don't return messages. They don't care about you after they get your money. My son has special needs and we were relying on their help to find the right dosages. We had to instead rely on the workers at the dispensery, who were far more professional and considerate and helpful. Don’t let this particular generation gap keep you from an additional help. I am old and have a lot of ailments and conditions that will be made better by marijuana. I was very hesitant to take this step. I feel like I did when I got my drivers licenses. Free from so much that had limited me. Very comfortable and professional experience.
